Access your video library on the Risk Suite (web version). Because the Risk Suite (web version) and app are synced the app and the Risk Suite (web version) are synced, videos taken using a phone will show up in the Risk Suite (web version).
To proceed, select the desired video for download from your library, and click on an assessment card on the right-hand side. Here you'll find an 'Actions' tab on the left-hand side. Go ahead and click 'Download Video File' in the 'Actions' tab. The link generation process typically takes 1-3 minutes.
Subsequently, when you access the link through the bell icon, it will redirect you to another page where the video download link can be found. We also send an email containing the download link. Follow the provided link and the download will start automatically on that page.
