Account Admins can:

  • Quickly add users and assign them to the correct group from the start.
  • Customize groups based on Location, Department, and Job Type.
  • Control video access permissions for each group, ensuring relevance to their role.
  • Have control over content visibility, reinforcing privacy and security.

How it works

Start by navigating to "Users & Groups" in your account settings.

Create a New Group

Select “New Group” and set up group permissions based on what videos and content the group can access.

Set Up New Users

Select "New User" to provision users a TuMeke account, role, and add them to a new or existing group.


Manage and Adjust Settings

Update group permissions and user assignments as needed to maintain control and security.
